Never Have “Awkward Silences”: 3 Conversation Pieces For Great Dates

Your date is going well, the conversation has been great, she’s shown some interest in you, and then BAM…an awkward silence. All of a sudden this great date has taken a turn for the worse. That’s what happens when the conversation runs dry and you’re left with nothing else to talk about. If this happens to you, rest assured, you’re not getting laid. You have to talk your way into her pants, so if you can’t hold a conversation, there will be no sucky sucky at the end of the night.

The problem most guys run into on a first date is they don’t know how to keep a conversation flowing. That’s because they either don’t know what to talk about or are just plain boring conversationalists. As you become more experienced with women you will learn how to keep the conversation flowing. It doesn’t matter what her interests are, these 3 conversation tips will ensure she won’t stop talking…until you’ve got her in your bed…

Know Everything She Wrote In Her Profile…Memorize Them

Women like to talk about the things they’re interested just as much as you do. The difference is they can go on and on and on and on and on (you get the point) until they pass out. So try to find something you have in common with her and hammer that subject. For example, I recently met a pretty lady for some drinks. We both shared an interest in taking random road trips. This was the first topic I brought up in the conversation.

I didn’t show up with a list of questions related to traveling. Women don’t like being asked a million questions like they’re on a job interview. I simply brought up a couple of questions that I knew would get her talking for a while. And I responded with insightful comments. When she mentioned she loved camping out in the mountains, I mentioned that I frequent Yellowstone National Park, which is in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. She then shared a story about her recent visit to Yellowstone.

Pick A Hypothetical Scenario…Ask Her A Question

A good way to spice up a conversation is to make up a hypothetical scenario and make her answer a question related to that scenario. For example, you could begin discussing how weird it would be to get caught having sex in public. Then ask her if she’d rather be caught having sex in public or catch someone else having sex in public. These silly questions are fun ways to get a conversation going.

Sex in public.

Sex in public.

Tell Her You’re Ready To Go Somewhere Else

Can’t come up with something interesting to say? Tell her you want to go somewhere else. This is a great cop out. But it only works if she’s given you signs she’s interested. If she hasn’t, she’ll probably say she’s “tired and is ready to call it a night”. So make sure you’re confident she’s interested in you. I’ve tried this strategy a few times with great success. If I can’t think of anything interesting to say, I suggest we go elsewhere and she’ll usually say, “yeah, that’s a good idea”

 She’s interested in you
